  • Who teaches the classes and what results can I expect?

The TM8 Personal Training Class programme is led by our team of elite-level coaches that are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals, one class at a time.
All our classes follow our exclusive Set-4-Success training formula and are designed to cover the 4 components required to achieve amazing body transformations & health-changing results.

  • What is The Set-4-Success Formula?

This formula has helped 1000's of people to transform their health & well-being. All our classes are split into 1 of 3 essential components required for success.
1. Strength-Based Classes. These classes focus on developing Total body Strength & Sculpting with a specific focus on the core.
2. Conditioning-Based Classes. These classes focus on developing your cardiovascular & respiratory fitness levels increasing the opportunity to burn more calories.
3. Mobility & Active Recovery Classes. These classes focus on developing pain-free movement, improving agility & increasing flexibility.

  • How Often can I train & what type of classes should I attend?

We recommend that all our clients train 2-4 times per week, however, the programme does allow you to train up to 20 sessions per month.
Your bespoke goal will determine what classes you should be attending but we recommend 1 class from each format each week as a golden rule.

  • How do you measure the success of the TM8 Programme?

We celebrate success at every opportunity. We monitor and celebrate attendance success, In Class success and Body Transformation Success.
You will receive a 1:1 consultation & 3D Body scan on day one and every 8 weeks thereafter. On joining you are invited into the Private Accountability Group and this is where your coaches share daily tips and tricks on all things, Mindset, Nutrition, Fitness and Recovery.

  • I’m really unfit and my body often has aches and pains - Is this for me?

The short and simple answer is YES! This programme is carefully tailored to accommodate your every need and is designed to develop your health, fitness and strength. As classes are limited to a maximum of 8 people, this allows for dedicated coaching. You will work to your maximum and not be pushed or judged by someone else's standards. You’ll be managed by our dedicated PT team.

  • What can I expect to achieve during 12 weeks of attending the classes?

Life Changing, Game-changing; these are just two things that you can expect to experience.
You'll become a stronger and fitter version of yourself in every aspect of the words. You'll be healthier, feel better, look better and have bundles of more energy.
Depending on your goals, you can expect to drop dress sizes or build the toned and sculpted body that you have always wanted. It's really down to you! Not only will you become stronger and fitter, but you will also become Summer Beach Body Ready.
